- The chain, if you've chosen one. Say so if you haven't, because the scope helps you choose.
- What exists already. Contracts, a backend, designs or a prototype, with links if they are public.
- Timing and budget. A launch date or event you're working toward, and a budget range if you have one.
- Regulated parts. Say if the product holds customer funds, sells tokens or needs KYC. Those parts need a lawyer as well as developers.
